Cooberrie Park is open with restrictions from 10am-3pm these School holidays.
Please read all information below before visiting us as wildlife experiences are limited.

As a condition of entry you must read the following and provide the following details for contact tracing

Koala and Monkey Encounters are currently unavailable due to social distancing restrictions
Some areas of Cooberrie Park have limited capacity due to social distancing, please ensure visitor numbers do not exceed the area in which is provided on signage.
We recommend eating prior to visiting Cooberrie Park as seating areas are very limited due to maximum capacity of each area.
Ensure hand washing and hand sanitising are done on a regular basis.
Please ensure everyone remains 1.5 meters distance from each other.
Changes to the Interactive animal show at 1pm.
Due to social distancing restrictions, the animal show will be run differently, some of our regular species are unable to take part in the show.
On a busy day, the animal show will be held in an open area of Cooberrie Park, this will be advised by rangers on the day of your visit.
Please help us by following all Covid-19 restrictions to ensure everyone remains safe, including our animals.

Wildlife Encounters!

Koala, Snake, Parrot, Lizard & Dragon Interaction!

Hold Snakes, Parrots, Lizards, Dragons and pat the Koala for photos all for FREE at the daily interactive Animal show.

Time: 1pm
Cost: Free (during 1pm show)

Koala Encounter!

Hold a Koala and take lots of photos with
your own camera.

Cost: $20 per person

Kangaroo Encounter!

Pat and Hand Feed Kangaroos – only cost is if
you are wanting to feed the Kangaroos.

Cost: $2 per bag or 5 bags for $8

Crocodile Encounter!

Hold a Crocodile and take lots of photos with
your own camera.

Cost: $20 per person

VIP Reptile Encounter!

You get a personal tour of our extensive reptile collection,  you also get to hold a Crocodile, feed a South American Iguana and hold a Boa Constrictor along with a variety of Lizards, Skinks and Snakes and you get a tour of our off display reptile exhibits! 

Cost: $50 per person

Monkey Encounter!

Interact with the cute and playful Monkeys
at Cooberrie Park. Limited spaces available.
Encounters last for around 15 minutes.

Hold a South American Macaw and stunning Eclectus Parrot

Junior Zoo Keeper!

Ever wanted to see what it’s like to be a Zoo Keeper? Learn how to look after all the different wildlife by feeding, handling and cleaning! Get up close to a wide variety of Reptiles, Kangaroos, Koalas, Emus, Wombats and lots of babies!

Age: 7-16 years.
Cost: $100 available throughout the school holidays from 10.30am-2.30pm bookings essential.
